Chicken Nuggets of Doom

Ok, that recipe was not that great. First problem…when dealing with chicken, you’re going to want to put oil on your hands first, so they don’t stick to your hands. Second, you are seriously going to want to season the flour you put on the chicken. I’m thinking it’s probably just be better to dice up the chicken into chunk pieces and flour them like fried chicken, then cook them. They’ll prolly end up more like popcorn chicken, but heck, it’ll taste better.
